All reservations require full prepayment to be confirmed. Cancellations made 0–14 days prior to arrival are non-refundable, 15–28 days prior qualify for a 50% refund, and cancellations 29 days or more before arrival qualify for a 90% refund (less a 10% administration fee). No refunds apply for early departures or late arrivals, and all approved refunds are subject to applicable administration and bank charges.
