We operate a central reservations office to manage all aspects of your reservations.
We answer all emails and telephone calls on your behalf in a professional maner – the clients don’t even know that they are not dealing with the property directly!
We capture the reservations on the PMS System for example Nightsbridge, Semper or Benson.
We do the invoicing and follow up of payments to secure the bookings.
We do a monthly financial sheet so that you can see how much revenue you received and from which channels.
Our reservation office hours are Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00, Saturday 09:00 – 13:00, and we are on standby for the rest of the time for last min bookings.
We build a strong relationship with the property managers and we make sure all reservation information is clearly communicated before the guests arrive.
Your account manager (reservation consultant) will also be taking care of your listing management should you opt in for this serves. This provides a clear picture of the marketing strategy and the results that it yields.
