Enjoy focusing on the actual management of your Guesthouse or Lodge while we take care of your reservations for you.

  • We operate a central reservations office to manage all aspects of your reservations.
  • We answer all emails and telephone calls on your behalf in a professional maner – the clients don’t even know that they are not dealing with the property directly!
  • We capture the reservations on the PMS System for example Nightsbridge, Semper or Benson.
  • We do the invoicing and follow up of payments to secure the bookings.
  • We do a monthly financial sheet so that you can see how much revenue you received and from which channels.
  • Our reservation office hours are Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00, Saturday 09:00 – 13:00, and we are on standby for the rest of the time for last min bookings.
  • We build a strong relationship with the property managers and we make sure all reservation information is clearly communicated before the guests arrive.
  • Your account manager (reservation consultant) will also be taking care of your listing management should you opt in for this serves. This provides a clear picture of the marketing strategy and the results that it yields.
