A 50% deposit is required to confirm all bookings. For reservations made within 30 days of arrival or for 1-night stays, full prepayment is required.
Check-in is from 14:00 to 17:00, with check-out strictly by 10:00. Should you be arriving later than 17:00, please advise in advance so that alternative key collection arrangements can be made.
Prior to arrival, guests will receive a registration form which must be completed in full. Once received, gate access details and key collection instructions will be shared. Please note that access codes are limited and valid for one entry and one exit only. For Uber pick-ups and drop-offs, a pedestrian access tag will be provided with your room key.
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. Any approved refunds will be processed less applicable bank and administration fees.
